We gather data regarding your viewing preferences, interaction with different shows, engagement with polls, contests, gamification elements, and comments on livestreams.

·       FORUM AND CHAT INTERACTION. You participate in live chats during streams and post in our community forums. We collect information about your posts and interactions to foster a better understanding of our audience's interests and preferences.

·       DISCORD COMMUNITY. You join our Discord community and begin interacting on own Discord channels. We gain access to your Discord display name, any public data available on your user profile, and any messages you post on our server. We require you to read and agree to the Server Rules / Code of Conduct before joining the community.

·       DONATIONS. You choose to donate to our charity livestream via a third-party platform like Twitch. In this process, we collect data about your donation, including your username, donation amount, and any attached messages.

·       MERCHANDISE PURCHASES. You buy merchandise from our third-party managed online store. The third-party provides transactional information to us, such as the items you purchased and shipment details, but does not share sensitive personal information like your full credit card number.

·       SOCIAL MEDIA. You connect with our content through various social media platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. You interact with our content on social media, such as liking, sharing, or commenting on posts. We collect this information to understand audience reach and engagement, and to adapt our social media strategy accordingly. This information helps us understand user trends and design better interactive experiences.

·       EVENTS OR WEBINARS. When you attend events or webinars hosted by us, we collect event data, such as your name, email, billing data, and any other data required for event registration or ticket purchases.

·       REMOTE VIEWING. You access our livestreams and VODs on a mobile device. We collect data about the type of device used, screen interaction patterns, and your location to personalize your mobile viewing experience.

This includes IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), products viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.

  • STREAMING DATA. If you watch content streamed through our services, we automatically collect information about the content you're watching, how long you're watching it, and what you do while watching it.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT. If you interact with us on social media platforms, we may collect data related to your engagement, such as likes, comments, retweets, or shares.

  • DEVICE INFORMATION. When you access our services on a mobile device, we may collect data about your device, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

Information is collected automatically by third-party services providers (such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and Twitter) over their respective platforms. Data collected and the methods of collection can vary greatly from one platform to another, being governed by their respective privacy policies.   • ss_cvr: This is a first-party cookie set by www.hyperrpg.com. It lasts for 1 year and 1 month. The exact purpose of this cookie is still under review.

  • ss_cvt: This is another first-party cookie set by www.hyperrpg.com. This is a session cookie that expires after 30 minutes. Its purpose is still under review.

RETENTION.   • Automatically Collected Data: Data collected automatically through telemetry on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and Twitter will be retained for a period that allows us to understand user behavior and improve our services. This is typically 26 months, but it can be longer if necessary for ongoing improvement efforts or to meet legal obligations.

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. In such cases, we will post these changes on our Sites.
